About Andrei Varban
Andrei brings a distinctive combination of corporate leadership experience, analytical rigour and deep local property knowledge to Reading Properties Group. His career as an IT Director working with major multinational organisations — including Vodafone and Shell — developed his expertise in complex project delivery, strategic planning and technology-driven transformation.
Having spent over a decade living and investing in Reading, Andrei identified an opportunity to combine this professional expertise with hands-on property market knowledge to create a genuinely different kind of property investment company.
